How it works
Just purchase the type of package you need and you will be able to receive assistance as soon as your client area is activated. Each time we will perform a task on your behalf we will subtract the time from your allotted amount of hours.
You are the one who calls for service when you need it. You can send us an email or fill out the form on your client portal. We will access your site only when you need us to, unless you choose to set a fixed schedule as to when you want us to service your site
If you are not sure how long it will take to finish the service you want to request, you can ask us for an estimated time table prior to making the actual request.
We will notify you and you can decide whether you would like to renew it or cancel it. You can decide to purchase a new package with the same amount of hours or opt for a different package.
In your client portal you will be able to access an updated report which lists the amount of all the service hours used and the balance of the remaining hours.
Service hours remain available until you have used them all out. lf you do not submit any requests within a year, your subscription will be considered terminated and you will have to purchase a new package. If you schedule a 1-hour call for service every 364 days, the service remains active.
There is no obligation to renew. If you have been satisfied with our services you can purchase a new package or switch to a monthly service with a fee to be agreed upon. Our hope is that you will be happy with our service, but we will understand if you will want to switch to another company that will better suits your needs!
Service packages allow us to follow a well-defined customer base. In this way we can allocate internal resources to actual needs and grow together with our clients. In addition, each client has his or her own time to use the available hours-this way you have no constraints on the duration of assistance.
Absolutely not. For requests that require more effort, we inform the client and decide how to proceed, possibly managing the activity outside the care package.
Do you prefer a fixed fee?
If what you are looking for is a partner to help service your company throughout the year without worrying about surprises concerning your budget, contact us. After we meet, we will send you a personalized offer with monthly or annual fee, depending on your preferences.
What we can do for you
Time is the only limit to what we can accomplish. For activities that require a larger commitment we inform the client in advance before proceeding and we come to an agreement together.
